The Ixora plant, or West Indian Jasmine, that decorates this bowl caught the artist’s eye because of the bright red clustered buds that later burst into beautiful sculpted flowers. Take a close look at the intricate design of the red buds against the lush green leaves that spill over the rim of the bowl and decorate the outside of the bowl.
